We are currently seeking a COMMIS CHEF. We would prefer you to have some practical experience but if you are straight out of college and have a decent NVQ to your name we would still be happy to receive your c.v.

Our kitchen is a happy one and you will learn a lot about produce and its preparation. We have 2 AA rosettes and a Michelin bib gourmand, and a good reputation. We can offer decent accommodation in our modern staff house, which is only a minute's walk to the C&C. Salary is dependent on experience but starts at £14,000 p.a.
